”The hotel is in need of a thorough cleaning. The guest room carpet was dirty with wet spots. The white towels were dingy and discolored. The bathtub was discolored with hard water stains. The walls needed cleaning and or painting. I slept uncomfortably all night but I was too tired to request another room out of dear that the next room would be the same. I passed on the breakfast and paid money to go to a diner because I feared the kitchen was kept as poorly as my room.”

”I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay and the condition of this hotel. The condition of the property is completely unacceptable and does not match what was advertised or what I paid for.
The carpet is extremely dirty, old, and has a strong, disgusting odor. The entire hotel and my room smell bad, including a strong cigarette smell. There is constant noise, making it very difficult to sleep or rest.
The room is also missing basic kitchen supplies and utensils, despite this being an...

”We stayed for 5 nights in November. Pleasant stay, room was clean and spacious, breakfast as expected, enough hot items. Hotel is a bit worn and there was some work being done in the hallways. The pool was nice and we had it almost to ourselves during our stay. Would stay again. Location near Papago Park a plus.”
