Siisti perhehotelli, ystävällinen henkilökunta
Kiersin pari päivää Meteoran alueella. Kaikis on pääosin perheen pyörittämä hotelli, ja henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Esimerkiksi lähdin junalla Ateenaan aikaisin ennen aamupalan alkamista, joten hotellin omistaja pakkasi minulle edellisenä iltana hedelmiä matkaan. Hotelli on Kalambakassa pääkadulla, aika alussa eli n 500m-1km keskusaukiolta, mutta ravintolat, matkamuistomyymälät yms heti ovesta ulos astuttaessa. Matkajärjestäjät hakevat hotellilta, ja yleisellä bussilla pääsee Meteoraan läheltä. Juna-asemalle n 1km. Jos haluat kävellä enemmin Meteoran alueella, suosittelen Kastrakin aluetta, jos käyttää matkanjärjestäjiä tai busseja, niin myös Kalambaki oli ok.

Great Customer Service and Amazing Breakfast
We accidentally booked on the wrong week and only discovered it when we arrived. Between them and hotels.com everything was taken care of and we were housed that night. The breakfast is a decadent arrangement of small plates. Felt like a Greek version of a British tea party. Perfect place to stay

Great manager, friendly/ was very helpful. Breakfast was good, several options available for whatever choice one might have. Good airco and a very decent to good WiFi (on peak times a bit slow).

The owner and her family are lovely people. The property is a couple blocks from the centre which made it a quieter area.

Amazing view and great hospitality
Fantastic location with amazing views of Meteora. Zack was an outstanding host, going out of his way to pass on tips off how to see the most rewarding places in the area. He appeared genuinely concerned that we should get the best out of our stay. There is an ample breakfast, convenient free parking nearby and lots of places to eat in the evening. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The only slight limitation is that the room we stayed in was rather small with three beds being squashed into a relatively small space BUT there was a fantastic balcony with its amazing view. They space downstairs compared very favourably - lots of it. We mentioned this disparity as we were leaving and Zack explained they were aware of the issue and hoped to carry out some refurbishment in the near future to address the concern about small bedrooms. This should definitely not put anyone off staying at Hotel Kakis. We really enjoyed our visit and, when visiting the area in the future, would go back there.

메테오라 아래에 있는 마을 초입부에 위치한 호텔이고 주차는 주변 공영주차장에 주차가 가능하다. 시설은 오래되었지만 친절한 관리인과 주변의 상권은 좋다. 주변에 마트와 음식점이 위치해 있다.

Well located
Very nice young man at the reception. Hotel close to many restaurants et bars. The room was quite old but clean, the shower curtain should be changed but otherwise it was ok.

MUy buen hotel con excelente atención y servicio
Muy buen hotel situado a la entrada de Kalambaka. No tiene parking, pero al lado hay un parking público gratuito en el que se puede aparcar sin problemas. Muy buen desayuno y atención de todo su personal. pedimos una habitación con vistas a Meteora y nos la dieron. La habitación era grande, el baño pequeño y tenía una terraza con vistas. Muy recomendable si vas a visitar los monasterios de Meteora ya que se tarda muy poco en llegar hasta allí.

I enjoyed our stay at the Kaikis Hotel very much - comfortable, central and with a very good atmosphere. Nice log fire in the bar area. The staff were charming efficient and helpful. The breakfast was a most delicious feast.

This was a vacation trip the service was good breakfast more than adequate. The hotel is older and our room somewhat small but very clean. At this price point it was great.

Nice Staff and Good location
The hotel locates at middle of the town so everything is in 5-10mins walk. It is also not far from train station and it is about 10-15 mins walk with luggage. The facilities is as expected and I can see part of the mountain at balcony. The staffs are very nice. They help us to find the car rental. And they also allow us to stay until evening while we have checked out and waiting for our train to return Athens.

Room was so small you had to step out of the way to let the other person through. Facilities were dated. This was made up for by the friendliness of the owner and staff however. Breakfast was very nice.

トイレがカビ臭かった。照明が暗い。部屋が狭い。朝食はあまり口に合うものがなかった。 しかし、スタッフはフレンドリーで親切だった。メテオラ行きのバス停や中央駅も近くアクセスは良かった。部屋も綺麗ではあった。

It so happened that during the period of your stay we have been through some renovations in all of our bathroom facilities both in the rooms and on the common grounds, so inevitably there were some disruptions, but now everything is brand new, and all the issues you mention are no more. Concearning the breakfast, our buffet offers a variety of choices, for every taste, and we can also cover special requests.
