”Comfortable, cozy, and exactly what our family of 3 needed for a relaxing getaway! The house was very clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed — especially a fully stocked kitchen and super comfortable beds.We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor space and beautiful river views. The neighborhood was perfect for peaceful evening walks after dinner, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. ”This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”

”Fantastic stay! Property and house were beautiful. We enjoyed eating outside - their outside loggia was beautiful. The house was well stocked and the kitchen was a great spot to cook.
