Such an NIGHTMAR experience booking with this host!! We arrived in the evening at what we originally thought was the correct property, based on the adress and house code we were given, and got settled in.Later that night, around 10 PM, Daniel the host of the WRONG PROPERTY we got sent to unexpectedly showed up questioning how we had access the property. We explained that we used the exact details he had provided. That’s when he informed us we were at the wrong location due to “VRBO technology issues”, and that we were actually supposed to be staying at a COMPLETELY different property. The next morning, we were told we needed to pack up and move.This was extremely inconvenient, stressful, and honestly concerning from a safety standpoint. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right despite the situation being entirely out of our control.To make matters worse, the property was listed under his daughter’s name Emi, but all communication went through him. We had no way to contact her directly, which made resolving issues difficult. During our stay, we dealt with no WiFi, a SPIDER INFESTATION, cobwebs in all corners of the house, ants and insects all over the house ect. All of which were frustrating and harder to address due to the lack of clear communication. I have been messaging them nonstop for a partial refund or maybe a cleaning fee refund because the property was NOWHERE near clean, but they refuse to give any refund back.
