”Excellent experience. ”

”Our stay was great! The beds were comfortable, but I’ll be honest, the pillows could have been better. The cotton inside the pillows were balled up. The shower had great pressure, so that’s awesome! The customer service is top tier. We had an issue with the guest upstairs.. kept us up until 4am with back and forth walking.. and they were able to move us to another room. I would definitely stay here again. It’s in a great location and close to everything. Highly recommend! ”

”First time staying and we enjoyed it. It's an older place but kept up well. Rooms are spacious and include a living room area, which was nice. Staff were all great. Breakfast (included) was a mixed berry waffle, hard boiled egg and fresh fruit. Certainly enough to tide us over for the morning! Also, there is a wine reception at 5. Lots of things not really mentioned on the website, but delightful. On the negative side. The flow of water in (#7) the shower is painfully low and you...

”Everything and everyone was great except that it was noisier than I expected. The carbon monoxide alarm went off after 9pm when the office staff was already gone for the day. I could hear one of the people in the neighboring room speaking. And, the train whistle blew loudly at 4 am; I had the windows open so the carbon monoxide alarm would not sound again. ”
