”The Peaceful Cottage was very comfortable, extremely clean, and well appointed. After driving on the I-5 all day, it was a cool respite in the heat on my journey. I really liked the little yard for my dog. I only stayed one night but it is close to Redding and Shasta lake dam which was pretty to see in the evening. There are a few restaurants in Shasta Lake town but many more options in nearby Redding. Overall, it was a very nice night's stay.”

”The room was set up so cute. Having a real coffee pot and grounds was amazing. The table and chairs outside were nice both in the evening and in the morning with coffee. The staff were wonderful. We came in late from my daughter’s graduation from PUC. They were so helpful to accommodate us. ”

”We stayed at Angelique's Lakefront Tiny Haven to attend my grandma's 87th in Lakeport. It started with a lovely note on the front door greeting our stay. Neighbors were exceptional friendly, and Angelique was full of great energy. This tiny haven is walking distance from a couple of great eating establishments and a fantastic Asian spice store. It sits across the road from the lake featuring a dock for beautiful views while sipping on coffee. I didn't have a need for the water sports this go...

”I went for my birthday and the house was so cute and quaint, full amenities and kitchen to cook meals at home! Such cute vintage/thrift shops in town and Tooties was the best place to go for coffee and breakfast. Would recommend going to Castle Lake nearby, and Yaks on 5 has killer burgers! Thank you for such an amazing weekend and we will definitely be back to stay again! Kathy was THE BEST! She leaves instructions for local hikes/lakes, and also has a picnic basket prepared for said trips!”
