”I appreciated the handicapped facilities and help from staff.”

”Air conditioning tab all day/ night but never really stayed cool. The wall the bed was against had zero plugs. Was given a 15ft cord to run across my floor. Not enough toiletries, or towels for my stay. Bed was terrible and the channel selection was poor. Staff was pleasant and the parking is good. I’d never stay here again, value for price was poor.”

”Stayed 3 rd floor , room was uncomfortable hot . Asked front desk if they could have someone address the issue they said maintenance would check it out . Returned to the hotel check with front desk they said the AC was working and cold air was running into room , but it was not sufficient the room was 23 degrees C all night .”

”The Coffee Maker in the Room did not work at all. I was awake at 4:30 to 5:30 am due to people above me stomping on the floor for over an hour and didn't stop. I had the worse sleep ever and I was there in town for work too, not a vacation it was a tough next day! Not sure if I would go back to this hotel.”

”Key fob didn’t work everything but staff was able to reset every time”

”I only stayed one night but the place was conveniently located and staff was nice. Breakwas is typical but the fact that it was available was bonus. I liked the river walk as well.”

”Prestige should rethink having their name attached. It’s not up what we expect at a Prestige. The room is well worn. However the staff was obliging, and polite. The two adjacent locations make it confusing. The Prestige is a larger modern building, while the Prestige Aberdeen(where we were booked) is an older, a bit run down, and not what we expected.”

”Unfortunately the room had bed bugs and we had to check out. The staff didn’t seem too concerned about it but they did refund our money”

”The hotel was fresh and clean, the bed was so comfortable we actually asked the manager what type of bed it was! The location is right downtown with restaurants within an easy walk. Would definitely choose this hotel again.”
