”We only stayed one night but would definitely have liked to stay longer. The staff were lovely and our room was clean and comfortable. We ate in the hotel and, despite a longer than usual wait, the meal was very tasty. The help yourself pantry was well stocked but, as a food allergy sufferer, I would have appreciated an allergen list to refer to. Quiet area with plenty of parking.”

”The hotel is historical and rooms reflect that. The staff are friendly and very welcoming! The grounds are beautiful and the location is perfect! The bar onsite is fantastic and enjoying a beverage on the porch is magical. Beautiful place!”

”Our stay at the Inn at Thorn hill was excellent. We stayed in one of the cottages. Perfect in every way. Amenities were great and cleanliness was top notch. It exceeded all our expectations. Staff was wonderful. Food was delicious every meal. The setting was breathtaking. We would recommend highly. ”

”Beautiful inn with common areas to enjoy. Our room had a gas fireplace and trundle bed as well as the queen bed. Plenty of space to spread out. Breakfast was made to order. Truly enjoyed our stay.”

”It was basic motel..but convenient right off the highway and close to other little towns..Bathroom could have a little cleaner but it was ok..”

”The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast”
