”They Changed my room booking due to being over booked. Stated "gave you mountain views". Open curtain and it was view of dumpsters. The person we starred check in with swapped with another person to tell us about room change. Food vending prices are high. Flat pillows with absolutely not life left in them. Very small pool.”

”The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. ”The room was clean but the wallpaper was peeling off in multiple locations. The walls are a bit thin so I'd recommend a sound machine. The playground onsite was perfect for my son and we spent a lot of time there. The location was great and it was close to the outlets for shipping, near several restaurants as well as the aquarium and Kahuna Laguna. Staff was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and I would stay again. ”

”The Breakfast was great. I had a fresh made waffle, hot coffee, and oj. There were also breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and muffins. we did not use the pool or hot tub, but we did go see it and it looked very inviting!”

”Rooms were not cleaned and linen were not done daily by housekeeping. There is no shower in the ladies changing room leading to pool area.”
