âNice stay. Pool area was nice and directly connected to beach. Relaxing time with all inclusive service. Quite old hotel but mostly in good shape. Tennis court was bad and also ping pong equipment etc should be replaced.. Good service. Specially our early check-in was really well organizedâ

âBeautiful hotel with perfect five-star quality, personalised service. I don't believe I've ever experienced service on this level before. When we left the hotel, we had a 5:30 AM wake-up call. In addition to getting a personalised breakfast at that hour, the staff packed a lunchbox for us to take with us, as they knew we were traveling to Santorini. âSiisti perushotelli hyvĂ€llĂ€ paikalla Plakiaksen kivoimpien rantojen lĂ€hellĂ€. Saimme perusvarauksesta huolimatta sattumalta hienon ison terassin omaavan huoneen, josta oli upea nĂ€köala lahden ylle ja kiva viettÀÀ siestaa varjossa. Hotelli ei ole ihan keskustassa, mutta sieltĂ€ on varsin lyhyt kĂ€velymatka lĂ€heiseen supermarketiin, josta haimme aamupalan, lĂ€hellĂ€ on myös hyviĂ€ ravintoloita. Henkilökunta oli varsin ystĂ€vĂ€llistĂ€. Auton sai hyvin hotellin parkkipaikalle.â

"The room descriptions on the hotel website didn't match Hotels.com. I booked an Economy Room which was listed as a Promo Room on the hotel website and I had the exact same room as my friend who booked Superior Garden View Room. Otherwise everything was great - the hotel is lovely and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was really nice. Breakfast buffet has a large selection of sweet and savoury items, hot and cold. Location is great across the street from the beach with about a half an hour walk into the old town. The pool area is also really nice but we spent most of our days at the beach where you get free loungers and can order food and drinks from the hotel restaurant. Staff are lovely and helpful too, altough we did have some miscommunication before arrival as they kept mixing up my booking with my friend's booking even though we booked separately."
