This hotel has been my preferred choice whenever I visit my family in Kaohsiung since 2016. The service is always exceptional, and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. The room size varies, so make sure to choose the one that suits your needs. The amenities in the room are comfortable, and I have no complaints. However, I would like to suggest that they add weights to the fitness center. The breakfast buffet is enjoyable, and I have had it in the past when it was included in the room rate. If not, there are plenty of options available around the hotel. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby, and parking is included.

Big improvement on Customer Service and WIFI
Pros: Hotel decor is nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms were big. Cons: 1. The card that I made reservation with was compromised before I left for the trip. Since I got a new card and cancelled old card, hotel could not do pre-authorization. Hotel emailed me saying that if I did not provide a new card for pre-authorization along filling the authorization form, my booking of two rooms for 2 nights would be cancelled. I told them that I was already in Taiwan and on the road. Hotels.com does not allow update on credit card information. I had no way to print out the form and sent back. Hotel insisted. Out of 7 bookings I made in Taiwan, Hotel Dua was the only one that insisted on that. Caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. This is a huge minus on customer service. 2. Water pressure and WIFI were very weak.

Nice but need improvement
Decor of the hotel was great. Breakfast was great. However, below are few improvement that hotel needs to make: 1 The credit card I used for booking was compromised. Hotel could not do pre-authorize. I could not update payment information. Hotel could not accept my new credit card info. I had to fill a form (on the road) or else they would cancel my booking even though I assured them that I was already in Taiwan and will be there. This was the only hotel among all 7 bookings I made in Taiwan. Not customer friendly at all. 2. Water pressure and WIFI at hotel was SUPER weak. I was disappointed as the hotel is nice.

エグゼクティブルームを利用しました。 部屋は広くて綺麗です。 ただし広いのはいいのですが、奥行きだけが広過ぎて動線が悪かったですね。引き出しがなく衣服の収納に困りスーツケースをそのまま利用しました。 朝食には付近にあちこちあり楽しめました。

非常に不快な3泊
9月26日から３泊しました。 部屋は広いが、とにかく暗い為、室内が清潔か否かの判断ができない。 滞在中の夕方にホテル全体が停電した（ホテルの在るブロック全体の停電） フロントからは連絡がない為、こちらからフロントへ連絡をして問い合わせたが、原因もいつ復旧しそうかもわからないとの事。 日没になりそうなので、宿泊している12階から非常階段で1階フロントまで降りた。 しかしこの非常階段の「非常灯」が点灯せず、途中までは少し入っていた日の光が日没で真っ暗になった。 携帯電話のライトを頼りになんとか一階フロントまで辿り着きました。 停電後2時間ほどで電力が復旧したが、ホテルのスタッフからは、チェックアウトの時も含めて一言の説明も謝罪もなかった。 何よりも、非常時のホテルスタッフのオペレーションはどうなっているのでしょうか？ ホテルの外には消防車や救急車も来ていて、外は騒然としていたのに全く説明もなかったのが不安でした。 フロントの女性スタッフは、それなりに動いていた様子だが、数名いた男性スタッフの緊急時らしからぬ緩慢とした動きと態度は如何なものかと思いました。 この様に、緊急時に宿泊客へのケアが無いホテルは友人にも勧めないし、そもそも非常階段の非常灯が点灯しないなどのホテルが、消防法上（台湾にも有ると思うが） 問題が有るのではないでしょうか。 別件で、滞在中一日に数回「グオーン」という大きな異音が鳴り響き不気味で、建物はきしんでいるのかと不安に感じた。 とても不安で居心地の悪い滞在でした。

水谷様、先日は当ホテルをご利用くださいまして、ありがとうございます。この度は台湾電力会社の設備故障により、予期せぬ停電に発生して水谷様にご不安な思いをお掛けしてしまい、大変申し訳ございませんでした。又、当ホテルの設備の不具合、ホテルスタッフの非常時の対応の不手際により、水谷様に一層の不信感とご不安を抱かせてしまいましたことを深く反省し、心よりお詫び申し上げます。今回、水谷様より頂きました貴重なご指摘、ご意見は早急に担当者とスタッフとで共有し今後はお客様に安心して当ホテルをご利用して頂けるよう設備の点検を徹底し、非常時におけるスタッフの対応についての教育に努めてまいります。水谷様には今回のご滞在で大変ご迷惑をお掛け致しました事を重ねてお詫び申し上げます。誠に申し訳ございませんでした。Hotel dùa
