”Place was nice, a little noisy from the outside door slamming every time it shuts. But other than that it’s a very clean nice hotel.”

”Loved the location. Not too happy about the newly imposed parking fee. As a gold member I'm entitled to two bottled water and food/beverage credit per day. Didn't get any of that. Instead I was imposed a $35/day parking fee and refused a later check out time. My two daughters who had separate reservations were granted a 11:00 check out time and a12:00 check out time, but mama was not granted.”

”The Fairmont is likely as good of a “Resort” property as one could find. I am not a fan of Resorts, But when in Hawaii it is difficult to not stay in one. Fairmont is well presented, certainly not a value proposition, but nicely done. Good food, Bars, Pool, etc. shower in the bathtub was far better than the separate shower. Facility does need some paint and refreshing. Grounds and Location are beautiful. I like Fairmont Hotels and they are a brand I seek out, when traveling.”

”Stayed here in June and it was amazing. The staff were so nice and personable! Not too bougie at all. The amenities were amazing and I’m certain we didn’t take full advantage of them all. We’ll definitely be back.”
