”The space is beautiful inside and out, we struggled with the gate lock the first couple of times we used it, it started to loosen up the more we used it. The frogs come alive at night and give you a symphony. If you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping bring ear plugs. We will absolutely stay here again.”

”This rental was absolutely the perfect way to start out our Hawaii vacation. The gardens outside were absolutely beautiful and the view of the ocean couldn't be beat! We wish we had more time there to relax on top of all tourist stuff we did. The room was comfortable and matched the listing exactly.There is a short, steep hill that you need to climb to get to the unit (although you probably could have walked around the other house to avoid the hill) so be aware of you have mobility...

”This property was unique and we're so happy to chose to stay here.Pros: The views are incredible and the outdoor living spaces were very comfortable - in particular we spent a lot of time on the high top chairs, sofa bed, and two person dining table. The kitchen was fully stocked and operational with everything we needed. The bedroom was perfectly sized and comfortable. It was so easy to access Manini Beach (you can walk). By staying in Captain Cook you have a much more "locals" experience....

”This place was AWESOME. Somehow it was even better than the pictures show. We opened the wall of doors every day and loved the in-door, out-door experience. Turtles on the beach at dusk, monk seal on the beach which was just a short walk away. Quiet dead-end street. Just perfect. No missing amenities. Love, love, loved it!”

”I loved the secret garden the owner had constructed! The property could be a bit tricky to find, I would recommend to check in before dark. There are great dining options nearby, including vegetarians.”
