We got there really early and so they took us to the breakfast room to have breakfast while we wait for our room then checked us in early. They helped us arrange our airport transport and send reminders for everything through WhatsApp. They even lit the fireplace for us and gave us a portable heater as it was still cold when we went.”

”The whole concept is so uniquely beautiful. While there are many other cave hotels, this one was a little more remote, it was quiet and peaceful. A place where you can feel the beauty surrounding you. One downfall was there were cats in the dining areas, however this might be the norm for all open air restaurants, however if you are allergic to them or do not like them it may be a little off-putting.”

”Hotellina Kayakapi Premium Caves Turkin Cappadociassa on upea paikka. Hotelling arkkitehtuuri on toteutettu hienolla tavalla kunnioittaen vanhoja asuinluolia. Projekti on onnistunut suojelemaan vanhaa kulttuuriperimaa, mutta samalla toteuttanut hienon, modernin hotellin. Valitettavasti hotellin ravintola ei ole samalla tasolla kuin ymparisto (ja hinta) vaatisivat. Toinen harmin aihe olivat kivikovat tyynyt. Ohjeena muille: Syo illallinen ja juo alkudrinkit muualla ja pyyda paremmat tyynyt yoksi!...

”Very nice service and good location. Ali, the manager of the hotel, and also other personnel were very helpful and friendly and gave good advices for the tours. Amazing experience to stay in a cave hotel and have a hot balloon flight, yellow tour and horseriding. Transfer from and to the airport was very good organised by the hotel. Good breakfast and nice bed.”
