”The staff was the best part they were super kind and helped us feel welcome. We traveled with a baby and she loved playing with the staff. They did confuse us about the upgrade to club status so make sure if they offer that you are clear on what it includes if you think it's worth it. We loved gusto which was the club status restaurant. It was like 340$ to upgrade our stay to club. They had a club specific pool that we loved but there was never any servers at that pool bar and they also didn't...

”We booked this for our 20 year anniversary trip and couldn’t have picked a better spot. We really enjoyed the food, the staff. We never had to wait long for anything since we would go right at 6 when the restaurant opened. There was a bout of windy weather that came thru which brought a ton of seaweed to the beaches so there was a few days we couldn’t use the beach chairs but there’s so many other places to relax that we hardly noticed. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested...
