Excellent food, specially at Hot Stone a la carte restaurant. Great personal stuff; friendly, professional and smiley.
Rooms has to update; could give 3 star for room condition. Sound proof is also very bad, you can hear everything from corridor and other rooms to your room.

Because I booked via Expedia I couldnât extend my stay as IKOS would tell me to do it via Expedia and Expedia would charge me a fee (not to cancel, to add and extra couple of days!), so I ended up heading to another resort for the rest of my stay ..."

Absolute luxury with great service
"We stayed in a two bedroom villa with a pool. Amazing location, good restaurants. Had lots of fun in our proprietary chat with Nina, Peggy and Chris. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend! Will come back again with the family. Was also very impressed with the kids club, sandbox and kids ..."
