”The rooms were extremely small and dated. It is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get a copy of your receipt from this hotel. They insist that you can get it from the Hilton Honors app, but you cannot. Then, when you call, no one picks up and they direct you to an AI assistant - OR you are on hold forever. I have been trying to get this simple thing for three days now. When you check out - make sure you get a paper copy.”

”Very old infrastructure, most textiles, floor mats etc. seem old and scruffy. The public spaces were well maintained and very nice. Excellent gym. Very good location for conference, can take clean city train to McCormick and avoid the dysmal public transit system.”

”The location was what attracted me. I needed something close to the Drury Lane Theater venue. The hotel was great, rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly. Only warning if you uber to the hotel- there are two with very close names. You want the Oakbrook suites and NOT the oakbrook resort. Both owned by Hilton and caused confusion. I ended up having to take two uber rides because I wasn’t paying attention.”
