”They let us check in early which was wonderful! Staff were extremely friendly and the valet was more than kind when I forgot a few items in my car. The room was clean and beautiful 😍”

”I booked a room with two queen size beds. When we arrived, the valet parking was full and had to find outside parking. When I checked in, they told me that they were overbooked and transferred me to a room with a king size bed. I had a party of three. We all had to share the bed. The room was small. We had very uncomfortable stay. ”

”The location was fantastic I could go for early morning walks on nearby Astor Street. There is a Walgreens drug store right nearby just in case you forgot to pack anything. The ice water available in the lobby was a nice touch after long hot summer days and $10 beverage credit was great for grabbing my early morning coffee. The room was a little on the small side but that is more of an observation than a complaint . I would stay there again.”

”The hotel was beautiful but the price for parking was high. Maybe $56 for self parking is typical in Chicago. It was easy to walk to The Chicago Art Institute and it was a great location. The tub clogged and would not drain the morning of departure. I reported it to front desk staff. I would stay there again.”

”Excellent location in downtown Chicago. Short distances to everywhere. Only downside was the weak shower pressure.”

”Great location with great bar and kitchen. Walkable to all kinds of activities, stores, restaurants. Easy access to 94. Reasonable parking. Staff and service were excellent.”

”We spent three nights and it was perfect. The room was clean, the service was great and the location was perfect, central to all things downtown has to offer. The only hiccup was one elevator bank wasn’t working so there were long lines to catch the elevator up to your room but by our last day that bank was back up and running. Recommended!”
