”Room was very clean and modern, as was the hotel in general. Valet parking was extremely convenient. The surrounding area was also clean with lots of easy food/coffee options and hotel was 1 block from the train, which we used to get to Wrigley (10 minute ride). Overall excellent experience! Would certainly stay here again.”

”Overall nice setup, continental breakfast with many options, concern is the amount that Expedia charged us at $212 didn’t mention another $175 paid/refundable deposit fee. So we paid initially $378. Was not expecting this, and the owner said it would take 7 to 10 business days to pay us back the deposit. Parking was a problem too, very narrow streets with cars bumper to bumper. But again, nice amenities and close to everything.”

”Good service and location. Breakfast is pretty nice for American standard but second time in a row they opened they door late which make customer need to wait behind the door for 10-15 mins.”

”Guys do not book this hotel, they no interested on costumer service. I want to share my experience. The guy at reception was attending me, as soon as the flight attendant group came. He ignored me staying to wait. Rooms are not cleaned. As fancy saying we are full. Dirty carpet. This was my bad experience, also they are not interested for third party booking. So request Expedia to remove this from list.”

”was definitely deceived by the photos. the place was grimier than expected, the shower was disgusting. there were barely any outlets, the bathroom door did not have a lock and was unable to close properly. one of the lamps didn't even have a light bulb in it. got a non-smoking room but it still smelled of cigarettes. the whole place was just bad and definitely not what was expected.”

”Hotel was nice and location was great, but the lack of amenities in the room (warm fridge, no coffee machine) was disappointing. I like the neighborhood, has a lot to walk to within 10-15 min but wouldn’t stay here again”

”Only thing that was bothersome, which the hotel can’t control, was the middle of the night loud motorcycles racing with loud music that woke me up a few times. The hotel was lovely though.”

”Excellent location in downtown Chicago. Short distances to everywhere. Only downside was the weak shower pressure.”
