”Only 7 mins away from Kojiya Station. Place was immaculate! Check-in was a breeze. Added bonus: washer inside the apartment!.”

”It was good”

”We loved our stay! The apartment was very close to a train station, several conbinis and multiple great restaurants. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and communicated efficiently. Even sent a list of recommended things for the area. It's a very residential area, mostly quiet. Had a few nights with boisterous neighbors but nothing some earplugs couldn't handle. The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal and I missed it as soon as I got home haha 10/10 would stay again!”

”清潔なのがすごくよかったです。”

”Handy for the station to get into shibua and haneda airport. We stayed just as a base for one night before heading to the airport. There is a steep hill to get up which is a bit tricky with luggage but fine one the way back ! Apartment ok very basic but nice toiletries. We appreciated them accommodating our request for an early bag drop too. They were very communicative and responded”

”The room itself is very nice, clean, pretty spacious considering in japan that they only have limited space here. But I have my complains. It gets very loud specially in the morning. Lots of construction going around the building. The front entrance where you get to the elevators, the hallway to get to the room, I hate to say this but the stench of the carpet is by far the worst smell I have ever endured.”

”It was a reasonable stay. But slightly confusing. There is two properties for this address. Google maps brought us to the wrong one. They did not respond on Expedia within 2 hours. We resorted to WhatsApp that they replied in about 15 minutes. Being at the second property the door code worked but the lock box did not we waited for an hour before using whatsapp. The room is quite small and there is tables and chairs that just take up space. Barely enough room for 2 backpacks and a carry on...

”Great cozy place with lots of room.”

”Spiders dirty felt like a jail. Run”

”Five star for location.”

”We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you”

”Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.”

”Spacious, quiet location, easy check in process etc. rooms were clean and had all of the necessary items for a stay. Would recommend some flexibility with check in and check out timing where possible but otherwise amazing place and would recommend again.”

”I stayed at Studio Inn Nishi-Shinjuku for 10 days with my 16-y old daughter. The place was absolutely perfect for us! Nice and comfortable, possibility to cook some simple stuff, deep enough bath tub for a tall western girl to have a bath in. Very homey which was nice after walking around the city for hours! Supersoft blankets in the bed :) The location is very nice, walkable distance (approx. 20min) from Shinjuku station, but also buses from just around the corner dircetly to Shinjuku and...
