”初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！ 防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。 近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。 都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！”

”I stayed at Studio Inn Nishi-Shinjuku for 10 days with my 16-y old daughter. The place was absolutely perfect for us! Nice and comfortable, possibility to cook some simple stuff, deep enough bath tub for a tall western girl to have a bath in. Very homey which was nice after walking around the city for hours! Supersoft blankets in the bed :) The location is very nice, walkable distance (approx. 20min) from Shinjuku station, but also buses from just around the corner dircetly to Shinjuku and...

”While the price was relatively low for a 3-night stay, I was overall disappointed with this one. The room wasn’t very clean: floor had clumps of hair and dust, stains on walls, stains in the bathtub, clumps of lint on the fan screen. The WiFi connection was only available for about 50% miles of the time, and would shut off unpredictably. The heater/AC unit didn’t work at arrival. All of these issues were reported to the host, but the only way to communicate with them is through this...

”Simplesmente demais, apartamento próxima estação de Higashi-Shinjuku, muitas lojas de conveniência próximas super perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Tóquio apartamento equipado com cozinha, duas camas, banheira, ar-condicionado, microondas, geladeira…. Bem outro ponto que destaco é o suporte que recebemos da equipe de staff… sempre que precisei de ajuda, prontamente pessoal me respondeu através do próprio aplicativo da.com recomendo para assustar em Tóquio”

”무난한 느낌의 숙소. 호스트가 안내를 상세하게 잘 해줘서 좋았음. 주변 역까지 10분정도 걸어야하고 화장실은 조금 좁지만 혼자나 둘이서 여행할 때는 꽤 괜찮은 숙소인듯. 아 그리고 방음 진짜 괜찮았던게 숙소 건물에 나밖에 없는걸로 착각할정도. 그리고 본인은 숙소에서 나와서 어딘가로 이동하는 일정이라 주변에 인프라가 없어도 괜찮았음. 다음에도 도쿄에서의 숙소는 이곳으로 할 예정”
