She was extremely accommodating and helpful. After our long drive it was a pleasure to meet such a friendly person at the door!! ”Inn at Whittier was a great find. It's conveniently located right after the Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel and right next to the dock where you leave for the glacier cruise. The property is very cozy and clean. We were surprised by the size of our room and the great view from the windows! The staff at the inn and their restaurant were so nice and friendly. The food was excellent too. Everything was great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Whittier. Great value for the price.”

”No staff as door code was texted. Kitchen equipment was extremely limited to the very basics.”

”Beautiful location. Our room was not ready at check-in. Told us it would be @ 15 minutes. We had to wait an hour. Hostess in restaurant was quite rude two nights in a row. We weren’t able to eat at restaurant because they had a large group of 20 so they shut down kitchen early, even though we were guests of the lodge. I think they are short of staff. Very disappointed.”
