”I booked my trip months in advance. I never received an email or a phone call stating the reservation was canceled. I arrive and that’s when I find out it was canceled. I will never use the Hotel app again! Imagine your trip without any place to stay!”

”Property consists of independent cabins so that leads to a nice and quiet environment. The unit was very clean and neat. Location was convenient and near a few restaurants and shops. The WiFi was very very slow and I had to use my phone Hotspot instead. It looks like it is shared amongst all the units and the router is probably located outside somewhere in a central spot. The ceilings are very low, I could reach up and touch it.”

”Communication and check-in went smoothly. There had been some maintenance, and the worker hadn't cleaned up, so we collected his items and swept up the mess. The toilet was not very securely fastened to the floor, making it uncomfortably unstable and no shelf in the shower as pictured for toiletries. Overall, we feel that we over paid for the quality of the pictures listed. For what we paid, we expected, and assumed from pictures listed, a more updated unit.”
