”Really cool old hotel in downtown Spokane. Loved the open space for hanging out in the middle of the hotel. Very comfortable room, bathroom was modernized and clean. About a fifteen or twenty minute walk to the carousel/park. The hotel was on the edge of downtown, near a rundown area with homeless encampment but felt safe enough to walk toward downtown and the park.”

”I liked this property so much that I extended twice over 1 weeks time. Great location with just the right amount of flair. The legacy Steam Plant and associated live RR system is right out uour front door. Laundry room was the upmost cleanest I've seen.”

”Staff was decently helpful but the rest was terrible. The room looked like it wasn’t cleaned there was body fluids all over the bed and the bed sheets themselves there was also a ton of blood spots on the sheets, hair, and dirt spots as if some walked on all over the bed with there dirty shoes”

”Our room, beds, and pillows were all comfortable. I chose this hotel due to its location, as we were able to walk down to the river front area in the evening for food and activities. The provided breakfast was better than some, with a variety of food options to meet most families needs.”
