”It was my third stay and Frimley Hall provided excellent experience as always. Great massages, helpful staff, serene surroundings. Would be great to see wider choice of wines and spirits in the bar - many wineries, breweries and cider producers in the area but nothing close to local at the bar.”

”Lovely hotel, Some staff very welcoming - the bar man and the waiter at breakfast went above and beyond. The room however was very warm and we could not get the air conditioning to work - even with the window open it was unbearable. The bathroom sink was a bit limescaley for my liking in what is classed as a high quality hotel. Overall the stay was lovely”

”The hotel is not only showing some obvious wear in both the rooms (furnishings) and public areas (corridors/lifts etc.) but particularly could have been improved by simply paying attention. Outside lawn bar areas/furniture are not even being wiped down and this is a highlight area for this hotel. Rooms are not made up in a timely manner 3:45 in the afternoon seems rather late for any room not to mention a suite you want to enjoy time in. Staff comments were less than helpful.
