âThe hotel and the amenities are great, and the service was very friendly but unfortunately the construction was done poorly and the interior walls were not done properly, hence there is no soundproof barrier. The same experience as sleeping in a hostel dorm room - you were able to hear literally everything.
Hopefully they are able to fix the walls! â
âQuaint, clean and quiet. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great food and service at the restaurant. Nice neighbourhood and easy walk to Hyde park and restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed this place and would recommend.

âFantastiv stay, easy key system with a code U received via email. The flat was spacious adn super clean. Extra plus with a washing machine and fully equipmented kitchen. Supermarket, coffe shops,resurants and pubs close by. Short walking distance of 5 minutes for both, bus,underground. Higly recommend it. â

âBeautiful, modern and stylish hotel. Location is great as there are several tube stations and bus stops nearby and Westfield shopping center just around the corner.
Room was nice and super clean and the decor was lovely. Sadly, the bed is quite narrow which means that is was difficult for two people to sleep. There was only one duvet, but thankfully we got another one. The room is quite small, so it's not suitable for larger family.
Breakfast wasnât included, which really should be in this...
âWhat a terrific hotel - rooms were great and staff was incredibly helpful and patient. Perfect location as well - not too crowded, not too sparse - lots of stuff within walking distance. Will stay there again next time Iâm in London.â

âExcellent location and fab value for money. Clean and tidy apartment with great facilities. Just bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as location is right next on street.â
âMy room was very clean, warm (still cold weather) and quiet. The location is excellent, less than a 5 min walk from Bayswater tube station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A minibar would have been nice and breakfast was not that special, but those things did not make my stay any less enjoyable. â

I hate to write this review, but I dont want anyone else to go through this. I used to stay at the Caesar years ago, and loved it. I booked now and could not sleep. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and the staff are impeccably friendly and helpful.
The room - it was so small it was like a prison cell. Build really inconveniently, nowhere to put my cosmetics, so I had to put them on the floor, and there was also no space. Just badly build all around, and very uncomfortable. I could not sleep because I could hear everything in the other room and the corridor. The room reminded me of hostel accommodation - very uncomfortable.
I asked to upgrade, and they showed me the premium room. You could not fit a luggage inside - literally. I had to step over my luggage in the first room. I checked out the next day (early), and went to a nearby hotel.
There is no way that I could relax in that room. I am a small woman, and could barely move in the room. Everything very uncomfortable, the bathroom, bed and desk. With what they charge, this is unacceptable. For this price, you can get a very nice room nearby. I have honestly never through about what it is like in a prison cell until now, square meters matter!
If I had stayed, I would have been counting down the days until I can leave. If you are outside of the room 16h per day, then maybe you can sleep in this uncomfortable room. But if you like to stay in the room and work, no way.
