”This place is an absolute gem! The pub and rooms had such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere – the kind of spot where you feel at home as soon as you walk in. The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, making sure you’re comfortable. The drinks and food at the pub were well-kept, and there’s a great mix of locals and visitors, which adds to the charm.”

”Beautiful, modern and stylish hotel. Location is great as there are several tube stations and bus stops nearby and Westfield shopping center just around the corner.
Room was nice and super clean and the decor was lovely. Sadly, the bed is quite narrow which means that is was difficult for two people to sleep. There was only one duvet, but thankfully we got another one. The room is quite small, so it's not suitable for larger family.
Breakfast wasn’t included, which really should be in this...

”The hotel had a very warm welcome and excellent customer service. Felt safe. Breakfast (for an additional fee) was ok. A very slight minus was the location of the single rooms on the third floor, which was reached by steep stairs (we had booked two separate rooms), the hotel does not have an elevator.
The hotel is idyllic, cozy and beautiful. ”

”Vastakunnostetun oloinen hotelli hiljaisella alueella. Huoneet olivat siistit ja aamiainen oli runsas, englantilaistyyliin makkaraa, kananmunia ja papuja löytyy, mutta myös hedelmiä ja kroissantteja. Äänieristys on huono, mutta katu oli hiljainen ja hotellivieraatkin rauhallisia, että ei tuottanut ongelmia. Kävelymatkan päässä Kensingtonin palatsi ja metro-ja bussipysäkit keskustaan päin.”

”Very spacey for a studio due to the high ceiling. Clean as one would wish.
Easy self-check-in & check-out thanks to clear instructions.
We had a first floor apartment, where the air did not quite move: had to crack the window for the night (every night). If not, we woke up every night due to the high temperature. This was beginning of May, wouldn’t enjoy the stay during the hotter summer season.
Unfortunately the noise from the street woke us up every night since we HAD TO keep the window...

”My room was very clean, warm (still cold weather) and quiet. The location is excellent, less than a 5 min walk from Bayswater tube station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A minibar would have been nice and breakfast was not that special, but those things did not make my stay any less enjoyable. ”

”Pieni mutta siisti ilmastoitu huone. Suihkussa oli hyvä vedenpaine ja lämmintä vettä riitti kahdelle peseytyjälle hyvin, mikä ei aina Lontoon pikkuhotelleissa ole taattua. Kylpyhuoneen kahva repsotti lähes irti, mutta muutoin huoneen kunto oli oikein hyvä. Huoneessa oli ilonamme pieni jääkaappi sekä hyvä teevalikoima, ja teetarvikkeet myös uusittiin huonesiivouksen yhteydessä. Kätevä sijainti aivan metroaseman vieressä ja alueelta löytyi kivoja ruokapaikkoja. Hotelli ei tarjoa aamiaista (on...
"The hotel and the amenities are great, and the service was very friendly but unfortunately the construction was done poorly and the interior walls were not done properly, hence there is no soundproof barrier. The same experience as sleeping in a hostel dorm room - you were able to hear literally everything.
Hopefully they are able to fix the walls! "
