”We had a wonderful time staying at Hux Hotel, starting for the nice surprise of our room being upgraded. A member of staff was also ready to help with our luggage.
The room was comfortable and clean, loved the decoration, the views and the amenities.
There is a discretionary service charge of 5%, in my opinion totally worth it.”

”Siisti kiva hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Ympäristössä ravintoloita ja Hyde Park näkyi ikkunasta. Aamiaisella ei ollut monia vaihtoehtoja mutta ihan ok. Allergiat huomioitu pienesti. ”
”Hotellilla oli ystävällinen palvelu. Huone oli siisti. Kaksi kerroksinen huone toimi hyvin, kun matkassa oli yksi aikuinen, kaksi teiniä ja yksi pienempi lapsi. Huoneen keittonurkkauksessa onnistui hyvin aamupalan valmistus. Ala-aulassa sijaitsi kahviautomaatti, josta sai hakea kahvia maksutta.
Hotellilta oli lyhyt matka metroasemalle. Gatwickilta pääsi junalla Victorian asemalle, josta pääsi suoraan yhdellä metrolla hotellin lähiasemalle. Myös Heatrowlta olisi päässyt suoraan metrolla...

Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. ”This is the most fabulous property. They had it decorated for Wimbledon and gave us strawberries and cream and a Pims upon arrival. The lobby is beautiful, the room was comfortable, clean, and beautiful! Any request we had was promptly granted and the Italian restaurant, “Da Mario,” within walking distance is a must but make a reservation a day or more before. The Indian restaurant next door was wonderful and super fast for take out. The tube is just across the street less than a block. I...

I hate to write this review, but I dont want anyone else to go through this. I used to stay at the Caesar years ago, and loved it. I booked now and could not sleep. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and the staff are impeccably friendly and helpful.
The room - it was so small it was like a prison cell. Build really inconveniently, nowhere to put my cosmetics, so I had to put them on the floor, and there was also no space. Just badly build all around, and very uncomfortable. I could not sleep because I could hear everything in the other room and the corridor. The room reminded me of hostel accommodation - very uncomfortable.
I asked to upgrade, and they showed me the premium room. You could not fit a luggage inside - literally. I had to step over my luggage in the first room. I checked out the next day (early), and went to a nearby hotel.
There is no way that I could relax in that room. I am a small woman, and could barely move in the room. Everything very uncomfortable, the bathroom, bed and desk. With what they charge, this is unacceptable. For this price, you can get a very nice room nearby. I have honestly never through about what it is like in a prison cell until now, square meters matter!
If I had stayed, I would have been counting down the days until I can leave. If you are outside of the room 16h per day, then maybe you can sleep in this uncomfortable room. But if you like to stay in the room and work, no way.

"Great hotel, very comfortable. I asked for a room change because you could hear street noise in the other room. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is stunning as its by the park, providing a great view and opportunity for walks. For seeing London, the public transport options are excellent. "
"Upon arrival, we were an hour ahead of time. We were offered an upgrade for GBP 40 per night tha would include the breakfast, access to the Chearmen Lounge. We took it and were not dissapointed.
Good service, good rooms (bit dated but clean and working) and good location. Easy to get to-and-from!
