”I do not know if the ladies at coffee shop on the lower ground floor are employees of Fairmont or independently run cofee shop. I thought they could do better with giving a bit of smile. The only room for improvement I would like to share from the recent stay at Jasper Park Lodge. Other than that it was 11 out of 10. ”

”The location of this property is very convenient to restaurants and walking trails. The bathroom was a little dated. It is located across the road from the train station and had some extra noise due to construction next door. The front desk staff wasn’t as friendly as other places we have stayed. ”

”Excellent hotel. We stayed in the brad new modern section of studio rooms. Hotel is surrounded by views of the mountains and many outdoor fire pits that make the hotel's property feel very cozy and beautiful. Walking didtance to town and restaurants. Hotel serves fantastic buffet and ready to order breakfast. Loved the stay and service.”
