”Room was clean, could get and upgrading especially the bathroom. Staff everyone was very nice, we had a great service at the pool bar and had good time with all the pool activities they have. ”

”the room was clean but old. there was no tooth brush and flats as in most hotels. the stuff who was organizing different games and fun activities were excellent but the main lobby staff was not as helpful as the rest”

”This was my first time staying at the Iberostar Waves Tucan. The property grounds were very well kept, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was fantastic! I really enjoyed the entertainment each evening, and the entertainers and staff were very friendly and present throughout the day. Lots of activities to choose from every day, or you can just relax by the pool or ocean.”
