”Reception was ok. On entering the room I could smell dog. A few minutes later my wife stood a piece of kibble. Told reception,in fairness they offered a room change but had already unpacked and was only there one night. Went for a drink at the bar in the evening. ”The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat.”

”I liked the best was pet free, due to myself and husband with allergies to pets among others. It is hard to find a hotel which is pet free.
Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was ok. No different for other hotels.”

”Unfortunately, my experience was significantly impacted by a serious HVAC issue during the early morning hours. The room became extremely hot, followed by a loud explosion-like sound from the HVAC unit and an unusual odor that raised a safety concern. What was most disappointing was the delayed response after multiple attempts to contact the front desk. Having to leave my room barefoot and in a robe and wait approximately 45 minutes for assistance was extremely stressful. I expected a faster...
