”Staff were very help when our 1 bdrm smelled like paint. The fumes were so bad it gave our family of four headaches. They upgrades our room to a 3 bdrm, no additional charge. We played basket, mini golf, tennis, used the playground, and the pool. All were great!”

”Amazing facility, lots to do, beautiful grounds, terrific staff providing great service. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Loved the complimentary champagne on check in and of course Merlot the parrot!”

”The view of the lake was outstanding! Entertainment in the bar was a talented pianist and drinks were great. The porch rockers and tables were really nice. It had old world charm. Don’t expect a modern hotel room here. Creaky steps and comfortable beds welcome guests. ”

”A good stay, had all the basics. Pool and hot tub were great. Lovely (sunrise) view over the small lake. Short drive to Disney. Only complaint was that the shower water never got above lukewarm temp, and some of us like a hot shower. Overall I highly recommend.”

”What is unique about this property is the location with walking distances to Epcot and Boardwalk with a plus which is the water taxi option ! Making this hotel as one of the kind of luxury and affordable at the same time! ”

”Nice place in overall. BUT, this is a resort and they aim to get you to invest on resort share and not in the nicest way. We checked in late at evening after a long and tiring drive. After checking in we were send to person called Doug, whom we though to be a host or somekind. Doug told us he would get the best price for the Universal and Disney parks. We would get the tickets next day after a tour where we would be shown the whole resort area and before that there would be free lunch....
