”visiting for work. Check in was a breeze and staff was very friendly. Ate breakfast on site one morning. Good choices and not crowded. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was very spacious. Quiet location and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Would recommend this hotel as it is walkable and convenient to many locations.”

”After we checked in we asked to change rooms due to the noise outside (could hear it on the 27th floor). Was moved to an inside atrium room in the other tower. We came back to our room around 4 on the second day to extremely loud music. Turns out the former CNN center was reopening and had a dj from 4 pm to 11 pm and was going to start again next day at 11 am. It was so loud I had the TV on 75 and could still hear it.
