”For the first time in all my years using Expedia, we learned that we were double booked the evening before we were to leave for Mason City, IA. Of the three nights we booked we were told that we could stay the first and second night but not the third. We were offered either a two day stay or a refund. We chose the refund. Six days later, it took a call to Expedia to have the refund processed. I was able to reference the IM exchanges with the B&B on the Expedia platform to document the events....

”This was an amazing place and just what we needed to relax and unwind. We stayed one night as we were here for junior Olympics. The place was perfectly located for us and provided privacy and relaxation. The host was amazing and kind- she provided timely feedback and really made us feel welcome and comfortable. ”Beautiful bed & breakfast Victorian home with a delicious breakfast in the morning. I personally loved the screen porch attached to my room. I spent the majority of my time out there getting some work done. There were holes in the screens due to an ice storm so I had mosquitoes buzzing around. But I suspect those will be fixed soon. All in all, it was a lovely place. I'd recommend it to anyone!”
