”Room was fine for the money but our hair dryer was missing off the wall and staff couldn’t provide one without switching rooms. Breakfast advertised 6-9am but nothing set up at 6am and we had any early departure.”

”This is my 4th time staying here. Had to get off the road in the storm- had to pay an extra $30 for an early check in at 2:30pm. ”

”The pool was basically open to the public so it was crowded all weekend. There were poolside parties until 12:30 am, well past hours, which echoed significant noise into the poolside rooms. Staff were at least accommodating, allowing us into the breakfast room yo play cards and visit with our multi-toom renting party, but the kids were disappointed. ”

”Honestly this is probably the best hotel I’ve been in lately. The rooms didn’t stink, the bedding was clean and not stained. The pool area didn’t burn your eyes from the chlorine like other competitors. Beds were super comfortable! But the best part of our stay was the overnight gentleman who was working the check in desk. He was the sweetest helper! He was very nice and comforting. ”

”That has been one the best that we have stayed in Grinnell. We are usually there for the MidWest Conference. We have stayed at others that show sign that they are not cared for but they the open them at conferences times. ”
