”This is our second stay and it was wonderful again! All of the decor touches throughout the house are so beautiful! Even down to the cutlery, glasses and little decor at the beverage station. Our kids enjoyed watching movies on the couch and swinging on the porch swing. Morning coffees on the porch looking at the lake were so relaxing. ”This property is in a convenient location. Upon entering we noticed stain all over the living room carpet. So gross. Also, the comforters on two of the beds looked dirty and had stains/ marks in many places. The fridge looked dirty too. The beds were comfortable.”

”There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working ”
