”This is a beautiful house in an ideal location for large groups looking to visit Sequoia. The hosts provide extremely responsive and clear communication, and there are plenty of thoughtful enhancements to the property that make for a great stay. A well-stocked kitchen, good updates throughout the house, an incredibly quiet/private location, beautiful wildlife wandering through the property, and FANTASTIC views. And the old log flume was very cool! (to the dads, anyway, lol)”

”This property was once nice as seen in the VRBO gallery, now it’s run down all furniture outside is ready for the trash, the lawn was not cut but long and unkept, the jacuzzi was filthy, very low on water and not hot. Bedding was dirty, sink or dishwasher leaking water into kitchen floor, laundry basket had mold ”

They will try to sell you a time share. It's really not cool that this was not disclosed. It took forever for us to check in because of the upsell scam. ”We all really liked the house, the view was amazing, neighborhood is quiet, house had a little side yard for the dogs (no fence). Be prepared for a lot of stairs leading up to the house and stair inside to get to the bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you need as to dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware. Fireplace in the living room was amazing addition for chilly nights. Plenty of parking and fairly close to lake and casinos. ”
