”We had a lovely time. We really enjoyed the sauna and spa! The nightly view of the sunset and stars was epic! You really feel one with nature, yet you are a five minute drive to restaurants and stores. Everything in the home is high end. They have it all, amazing views, a beautiful kitchen, soft bedding and plenty towels! Any items from home I forgot were already there for us to use.”

”Was in town for daughters wedding, needed a place to accommodate various families and members and this was perfect! All units were well appointed, clean, gave everyone their own space but still close to each other. Location was great too, with walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Derrick and management company was very attentive and communicated well. Looking forward to staying there again as a home base to explore the area further with space to relax after!”

”Beautiful, large Spanish-style villa in nice neighborhood, near Spanish Bay. Beds very comfortable and well appointed. Nice putting green and fire-pit in yard. Kitchen and baths all worked well. On the negative side, we found the garbage in the back to be overflowing onto the ground, and the Green Egg barbecue was not prepared to use. I had to clean it out in order to use it.”

”Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home.”

”The property was beautiful, and the views were outstanding! Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for a big group. I think it would be helpful to clarify the bedrooms and bathrooms a little more clearly in the description. Also a few ammenities are not working or not yet completed. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend!!”

”We are group of 35 women who have gathered for the past 23 years to eat, drink, craft and enjoy each other. This was our first time staying here and it was perfect! Plenty of room to spread out, visit, puzzle, play games, sit in the sun and all eat together in the dining room. The rooms were plenty large to sleep 4-6 people in each one. The location was perfect…walking distance to the cute town and plenty wineries to drive to as well! And the beach was about a 5 minute drive. We will be back...

”Perfect in every way. Location: a few block walk to Twin Lakes beach. House had it all…very clean, all amenities, hot tub, kitchen fully equipped, bathroom toiletries, etc. Attentive host. Highly recommend”

”The house although beautiful and well built was in pretty rough shape. The AC, hotter, ice maker and appliances did not work. Gate didn't work, we were able to patch it together.”

We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again.”
