”One of the highlights of our visit was the brunch — delicious food, fresh ingredients, and great presentation. What really made it special, though, was that the owners personally came over to our table to chat with us. Their genuine hospitality and interest in their guests made us feel right at home.”

”Lafayette staff was great. Each individual we met was happy and helpful. Room was fine with great view of the Ohio river. Bathroom was clean and updated. Bed was great. Furniture was old in keeping with this historic structure and its history. ”

”Lovely older property that has clearly been maintained with love. I appreciated the high toilet (most hotel toilets are the short ones that are hard to use for those of us with long legs and bad knees). The linens were nice and it was comfortable and quiet. My only suggestion for any future updates is to add grab bars to the bath tubs since the sides are tall. ”
