”Check-in was quick but went to the room and the bed wasn’t made and no linens in room. Went back to the desk after waiting 15 minutes for the staff to come to room. She said she would move us to a different room. Went to new room that was a queen standard. We paid for a king suite! She would not discuss a credit to us for the lower class room. Hopefully someone will issue a credit of some type. ”

”Beautiful view of the ocean right from the bedroom area. We went during the freeze that came a couple months back, so we didn't get any beach time in, unfortunately... It looked beautiful.
The hotel was extremely clean, no bad smell, and the room had a super cute set up with the kitchenette, living area & bedroom
Check in was simple, quick and just as easy to check out.
Two smart TVs were included in our room & we were able to set up our own game system. I saw a review stating they didn't...

While it’s a fair value for the price, the key card readers were a constant frustration; it took multiple attempts to enter my room every time, and I even had to get my card reprogrammed. Other guests mentioned having the same issue. On my final day, there was a strong, unpleasant fish odor throughout the hallways. It’s a decent budget option, but I’d likely look for other accommodations before returning.”
