We also couldn’t change AC temperature it was freezing we asked the front desk if they can manually higher it and they didn’t. The tv would also turn on randomly in the middle of the night. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock and the pillows were very flat. Other than that...

”The hotel was great. The bedding very comfortable, the property very clean, the breakfast excellent. What was not good was the attitude of the woman at the counter. No welcoming personality whatsoever. She is in the wrong business. She needs to get a job where she is not dealing with the public, especially a hotel that should be welcoming.”
