”The cottage seemed roomy for a one bedroom...very nice layout. The kitchen and bath were modern, comfy bed, large tvs, really everything we needed.we loved the screened-in porch and the deck. We played cards on the deck and grilled. We caught some small sunfish off the dock and enjoyed seeing deer, heron and ducks/ducklings each day.We didn't get out on the water, but the dock, kayaks, and ladder were awesome amenities.The steps down to the water were wide and well maintained, but challenging...

”We truly enjoyed the location. Watching the boats and kids play on the water was entertaining. Relaxing, that was what we were looking for, a place to get away. The house was smaller than described, we made it work. Enjoyed eating on the deck every night. The host was great to work with very accommodating. Easy to find and access. The house was more lived in, not set up for guests to rent, again it was not difficult to make it work for us. We will be renting this home again. ”

”I rarely provide 5 star reviews; however, this place deserved it. This venue is a nice cozy cottage which is not in a touristy area, so you will surely enjoy the peace and quiet for a much needed relaxation experience. The boat ramp is not far (about 2-3 miles away) and once your boat is in the water, you can park it at the dock which is within walking distance from the cottage. This cottage no doubt has sufficient space to allow parking for both your towing vehicle and boat trailer. There...

”Conveniently located in Old Kinderhook lodge area with good security, and pool and tennis courts within walking distance. Very clean and perfect for the week we needed to stay and do laundry and make our own meals. ”

”An amazing trip. Customer service was 10\10 There was eggs,bacon,and orange juice provided by owner (very nice touch) and the dock provided an amazing time we caught enough cats to make a dinner for the family.”

”The village of Lupus is unique, and the scenery is gorgeous. Cottage is clean, cozy and well appointed. A bit too far for back-and-forth to Mizzou, but perfect for a restful weekend away. ”

”We REALLY needed an overnight stop in Hartsburg while biking the Katy Trail! About 20 miles per day is our limit!!! Your emergemcy stash of food for sale covered our lunch need, while we waited for the restraunt to open for supper. The caboose is a cute stay but probably way more comfortable when it is not so hot outside. The a/c made a valient effort to manage the temp. Thanks so much! ”

”Jon was a great host, he made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and was perfect for my family! We spent the majority of 2 days swimming in the lake, hanging out on the dock and fishing. It was a great spot for fishing, we caught lots of blue gill and a few large and small mouth bass! The kids had a wonderful time, everyone was sad to leave! We will be back soon! ”

”Great property!! Clean, organized, and supplied with everything you would need. Very close to the lake and pool. Also, very conveniently located to the marina at 4 Seasons. Very easy to pick up a boat or jet ski rental if desired. We had a great time at this property and would definitely rent again.”

”We all met for a yearly cousins trip. Absolute above and beyond what we thought! So many amenities its like we were at home! So clean and comfortable. So much space to spread out and cook and hang out and play games. The bunk beds were huge. So many extras that you dont think about, like razors and shaving cream available as well. Cold drinks in the fridge. Coffee makers and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Would definitely recommend anyone staying there. 5 stars for sure. ”
