”Room was clean, we had 2 rooms, one room shower had very low pressure and not heating up. After notifying the front desk we were given another room but in the afternoon. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, barely anything, pancake machine wouldn’t bake to temp, was putting out raw pancakes. Other items weren’t stocked at all times, one morning around 7:30am a lot of items were out.”

”Everything was great! The only complaint I have is that outside on the property the next morning the smell of sewage was very abundant and quite repulsive. Hopefully it isn’t a common occurrence.”

”We stayed at Newport Motel for one night, and everything was excellent. Patrick was extremely helpful, providing great recommendations on places to eat and attractions to visit. His advice made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Newport Motel to others.”

”The property had excellent amenities. A pool and spa, laundry, and an excellent restaurant. The staff were helpful and professional. Our room could use a good cleaning, specially the window sills and the bathroom. Also the room had deferred maintenance issues. All that being said, it was a good value for the money and I would stay there again.”
