”Excellent facility. Should the excess of vacancies be typical for this off-peak period, I have already put into motion the possibility of reserving the entire Inn for the same weekend next year. This of course would have to be cleared through event committee and then details discussed with owners. The event is through the Mt Kearsarge Indian Museum in Warmer.”

”Everything was perfect! Cozy place, comfy bed, hot shower, coffee in the am and location was perfect for skiing!”

”We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :)”

”We were looking for a place to stay for 1 night so we didn’t have to drive home late from a family event. It fit the bill. Self checkin & clean. We were in the lavender room which is at the top of the stairs. The room is not sound proofed so you can hear everything in the hallway and through the walls. No security lock on the room door inside, which is a little unnerving. Overall it met our needs.”

”I had a delightful experience at this property. Although I would call it more of a Studio Loft than a cabin, it was meticulous in every way! The furnishings, brand new construction, design and layout, were all expertly crafted! The coffee, tea and well equipped kitchen and bathroom left no detail unchecked. The stairs to the loft are a bit steep (and I did get a splinter on the railing). The keypad was slightly tricky but once I figured it out it was fine. The pool is right beside the property...

”The Inn was great, self check in was easy, the room was exactly as listed and the place was clean and quiet. The only issue we had was that the property manager uses Hosteeva instead of Vrbo for bookings so after paying Vrbo I received an email from Hosteeva saying my payment didn't go through. I had to submit a separate payment to Hosteeva which seemed a little sketchy at first, but it turned out fine. I would suggest booking directly with Hosteeva for the property to save yourself the Vrbo fee...
