”Love, love, love this hotel! Sometimes work trips are made better by the accommodations at the end of the day. The Junto is one of those places. I don’t know when I’ll return to Columbus but I might look for a reason just to stay here again.”

”Friendly staff, clean environment, good restaurant. The room was clean. No negative issues other than I prepaid for 2 breakfasts and they were only good for one day each. We missed the first day's breakfast and asked for a refund for that breakfast and was told it could not be refunded.”

”Had the executive suite for 2 adults.
Room experience was riddled with poor design choices that lack basic hospitality features that one would expect from a room at this price tier.
Problems were:
- There was no door separating the bedroom from the living area.
- Bathroom has sliding glass door that lets light into the entire room at night when other people are trying to sleep
- Only one towel hook in the bathroom
- Safe is not big enough for a standard size laptop (Macbook)
