”We were promised a check in at 2pm the day of per Henry when we called that morning as directed. He said to call around 1230pm to see if we could get in sooner but 2pm was guaranteed. We arrived at 1230 and were told to call every 1/2 hr by Mia as the room was no longer guaranteed. We checked every 30 min. Nothing, except some attitude from the front desk who were clearly fruatrated with my questions. At 330 we were told 4pm as the manager was the only person cleaning . At 404p we were told no...
