My only suggestion would be to provide coffee pods, creamer, or essentials for the coffee maker. It would be nice to sip a cup of coffee while taking in the view without having to step out just for that.”

”Everything was clean and comfortable, and all was in good working order. Great location but beach access is not for anyone without good mobility. Easy access only 1/4 mile south though. ”

”The architecture of the house, both inside and out, was gorgeous. It is really amazingly designed and very attractive, though old and needing some TLC at this point. There was no evidence of rodents like others mentioned in the past, but we noticed holes where they could get in. The back patio, the balcony over the water, and the private location within all the greenery were all wonderful. The dock had a hole leading to it and looked unstable, so we didn't venture onto it. ”The room and the bathroom was small, but the room was cute and fit 5 people. The staff were polite and let me know I left my hat behind so I could get it before I drove home. My dogs enjoyed the room too. Very close to the baywatching area and shopping center. ”

”Lovely location with ocean views and proximity to the beach in Newport. The host welcomed us with flowers in the rooms and a treat basket including snacks and wine. A side gate leads to steps down to the beach. My husband enjoyed the sauna. This was our third stay and it never disappoints.”

”It's a very nice property. Very clean and everything one would need for a stay. And, of course, the view is amazing. It would be nice if the door code was shorter or perhaps a phone number that relates to the renter. It's hard to recall so long of number. And, the coffee maker needs some help. The carafe isn't compatible and the top lid keeper pins are broke off.But still highly recommend the property.”
