Adobe Resort
The rooms are pretty clean. The facilities are clean. I would say that all of the base boards need to be cleaned and sanitized as there was dirt build up on all surfaces in our room.

Little Creek Cove Beachfront Resort
There were bad stains on the carpet going up the stairs. The drawers in the kitchen hit the refrigerator when opening. There were stains on the inside shower curtain, and the living room drapes. We have stayed there 4 times and this is the first time we have experienced so many stains.

Ocean Front with Spectacular Ocean Views! A Frame Sleeps 6 in Seal Rock!
The kitchen was fully equipped, and we did not have a pet so I cant comment on that.
