”If you are looking for a place off the beaten path, this is it. Phone service is iffy until you get to the road (1/3 mile away) but there is host supplied internet for phones, etc. Our host, Dave, is very personable-- super guy. We stayed there while doing a tour of Tennessee state parks and this B and B is conveniently located for that. ”

”We’ve stayed at the Germantown Inn for the past three years and have always enjoyed it, and seeing Krissy, the friendly and knowledgeable innkeeper. We were sorry to see this year that the lovely afternoon charcuterie spread is no longer offered and the generous warm breakfast including homemade quiche is now a barebones collection of muffins and other empty carbs and a pot of coffee. Germantown Inn was a pricey indulgence that the extras helped us to rationalize. I feel less inclined to choose...
