”Really great area with great food options and entertainment. Close to everything too! The home was clean, beds were comfy and a very unique home. ONLY suggestion would be to tint the roll up door windows. The bar downstairs of the building is awesome but the entrance and smoking section is right outside of the house and people kinda stare at you like you’re in a fish bowl. ”

”Amazing location, The Gulch is a fun area, convenient to all attractions. Amanda is an amazing, responsive host. Check in instructions detailed. Our smoke detectors were chirping upon arriving. Maintenance was contacted and issue resolved immediately. If you are sensitive to noise at night, it is noisy on the street until early morning. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning, there is mold is shower. Also a fabric shower curtain that can be washed instead of plastic would be great. ”

”Regardless of what the listing shows the checkin was a mess. I was scolded twice because of not following the instructions that, evidently, for 5 years everyone else had found easy. To be fair all the instructions were there and had to be followed TO THE LETTER and in the exact sequence. She may be right and it was my problem, I'll let you be the judge when you get the checkin instructions. The apartment was somewhat noisy (appeared to have single paned glass) so sleeping might be an issue....
