”Perfect size for our group with a close uber/lyft to broadway. Listing was a little off as it is about a 8-10 minute drive to broadway and not the 3 minute drive as advertised. Overall easy check in/check out and clean unit.”

”Great place! We stayed here with three couples and the condo was well stocked and close to everything. Communication was wonderful and it was nice we could park in a secure garage. ”

”Perfect location with ease of access to everything needed and wanted. Apartment was clean. Had all necessities and bed was really comfy to lay our heads in after a long day. Only thing that I wish we were aware of was the fact that there are no windows to the outside. Really had a tough time recognizing what time of the day it was but at the same time it did allow for peace and quiet. If there were windows then we would have gotten no sleep due to the outside music and traffic. ”

”This condo was a great location to be just enough off broadway. Although we could've walked, we ubered just because it was more comfortable in our non-walking cute boots. We walked to the coffee shop every morning Land Of A Thousand Hills which was amazing. We scootered to calle taco for some delicious tex mex. We were here during CMA fest, so the cost of ubers was a little inflated, but still an easy access place. The communication with the host was super easy and helpful. ”

We were very pleased with the quality and usability of the kitchen and bathroom features and appliances - the showers were the best I've ever experienced anywhere! ”Great rental with amazing views. Very well stocked and could even play cornhole on the balcony. Yes the balcony is that big! The building has some good amenities including workout room, grill, ping pong and pool. Jack whites record store is right next door and a brewery is about 100 yards away”

I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for something along music row. Conveniently had a trolley stop nearby that would make it easy to enjoy the Nashville City tour. This is a great location!”
