”Great place. Great location. We’d stay again”

”Check in was smooth! My mother and I stayed, so it was perfect for two. The cutest tiny home I’ve ever stayed in!”

”I loved the property! Very clean and welcoming!”

”The cottage was spacious and the location was in close proximity to downtown Nashville. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Having the washer and dryer was a plus! The kitchen could use a little TLC.”

”My mom, sister and I go on a girls trip every year and have stayed in many places. This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The house was perfect for our needs and the host was fabulous to deal with. If we ever return this way, this will be where we stay! Thank you so much!”

”Everything was great. Coffee pot did stop working but everything else was great.”

”The place was great and just as advertised. Very clean, safe and a good working order. I will only mention the backyard butts up directly to a very busy freeway and the traffic noise can be very distracting if you’re a light sleeper.”

”Very attentive host. Great stay”

”Host was very responsive. The house was clean. Was surprised to not find a tv in the bedroom But not a dealbreaker. The fenced yard needed mowed and cleaned up. Was surprised with a pet fee after check out. Not a huge deal but could have been more transparent up front”

”Our family had a great time. We would recommend this cottage to others and would stay again. Host answered quickly and handled any questions/concerns we had. Columbia is a great little town. Must go to hanks coffee shop. Fischers off road tours is also a must for the whole family. Fairytale petting zoo. We had a great time relaxing in the pool/hot tub. It’s such a treat you can also bring your fur babies. We anticipated having to buy shampoo/conditioner/body wash during our vacay grocery trip...

”We found a few questionable things on our”

”Such a wonderful spot to get away.. we loved Dixie.. the porch swing was my favorite place to relax.”

”A great place to stay. Quiet and convenient location. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Hosts generously provided coffee and snacks. Highly recommended.”

”Clean and cozy! Perfect weekend birthday trip for the girls!”

”The rental was very clean and well furnished, and located in a safe neighborhood. The host, David, was quick to respond to any and all questions/concerns, and was overall easy to communicate with. Truly enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to rent this place again.”
