  • Äskettäin uusittu vuodelle 2017! Erittäin korkeatasoinen mökki rauhallisella, korkealla paikalla, josta on upeat näkymät .. Maantaso:
    Olo / ruokailuhuone: Freeview Smart TV: llä, DVD-soittimella ja bluetooth-kaiuttimilla.
    Keittiö: sähköuunilla, kaasuliesi, mikroaaltouuni, jääkaappi, pakastin ja astianpesukone.
    Kuivaushuone: Pesukoneella ja kuivausrummulla.
    Makuuhuone 1: Kuninkaallisella sängyllä.
    Makuuhuone 2: erillisillä vuoteilla.
    Kylpyhuone: Kylpyamme, suihkukaappi, wc ja pyyhekuivain. Ensimmäinen kerros:
    Makuuhuone 3: Galleria, avoin portaikko olohuoneeseen / ruokailuhuoneeseen, erilliset vuoteet ja kylpyhuone, jossa kylpyamme, suihku ja wc. . Kaasun keskuslämmitys, sähkö, liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet ja Wi-Fi mukana. Pinnasänky ja syöttötuoli saatavana. . Edessä ja takana nurmikkopuutarhat, joissa on oleskelualue. Yksityinen pysäköinti 2 autolle kiinteistön edessä; purkaminen vain ajotieltä. Tupakointi kielletty.. Brandelhow on hiljattain kunnostettu korkeatasoiseksi koko vuodeksi 2017, ja se sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla Keswickissä 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä sekä kaupungin keskustasta että Derwentwaterista yksityisen kaistan varrella rauhallisella asuinalueella. Dormer-tyylisessä bungalowissa Brandelhow istuu hieman koholla, jolloin on ihanat näkymät Derwentwaterin ympäröiville tunturille, kurkistaen järvelle ja hyödyksi suuri nurmikkoinen takapiha ja oma pysäköintialue. Laadukkaat huonekalut ja varusteet nautinnollesi ja upeat näkymät makuuhuoneesta ja olo / ruokasalista takaavat rentouttavan loman. Ensimmäisen kerroksen mezzanine-tyylinen huone säilyttää yksityisyyden ja sillä on omat kylpyhuoneet. Brandelhow -puistossa on kypsät, vakiintuneet puutarhat edestä ja takaa, ja niissä on erilaisia oleskelualueita, joista voi ihailla monia upeita näkymiä. Walla Cragin nousu alkaa tien päässä ja monien muiden kävelymahdollisuuksien kanssa ovelta. Kauppoja, pubeja ja ravintoloita on Keswickissä runsaasti, ja Brandelhow tarjoaa rauhallisen retriitin päivän päätteeksi. Keswickin kuuluisa teatteri järven rannalla on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ja on tutustumisen arvoinen. Kauppa, pubi ja ravintola ½ mailin.

Very clean, very comfortable beds, I couldn’t have slept in the upstairs due to the low ceiling rafters I’d have hit my head, beautiful views from lounge / bedroom, everything you could possible need inside. Was a little disappointed there was no welcome pack/wine usually this is left & especially at Xmas time. We were 15 minutes late leaving at 10.15, the cleaner I’d say was quite rude didn’t want to speak to us & didn’t appear to be a very nice person so we felt it kind of put a bit of a dampner on our final day as we hurried out. But it’s a lovely clean bungalow to a high standard

Simply stunning accommodation, very stylish and comfortable furnishings and beds. Immaculately clean and well equipped. Owners have thought of everything. Our teenage daughter loved the upstairs room and Alexa was a huge bonus! Location and views are gorgeous from the front and rear of the property. Highly recommended. 10/10

This was the best cottage we have ever stayed in.

This was the best cottage we have ever stayed in. It was relaxing to gaze out at the view of Derwent water and the fells beyond. My daughter loved watching shrews in the garden and my husband loved having Netflix and music courtesy of Alexa! The cottage is conveniently placed for all amenities in Keswick. We cannot wait to book again for our next visit to the Lakes.

We were a family of four adults and two children. Plenty of room, spotlessly clean, lovely fixtures and fittings. Kitchen well equipped. Lots of outdoor furniture. Walk into Keswick takes approximately 15 mins. Dustbins not labelled and difficult to understand what went where.

Brandlehow is an extremely comfortable and well equiped property. My only complaint is with the local agents - Cumbrian Cottages. Arriving early after a 200 mile plus journey during which my husband was taken ill, we asked politely if we may enter the property early. The assistant sitting opposite the door of the office was most unhelpful. We srated that we didnt want to unpack byt just to get my husband near a bathroom. We met a flat NO. We aporeciate the need to clean and the property was indeed spotless. It was just a shame tgat a 70 years plus person was forced to sit outside a supermarket fir over 2 hours to be near a bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed Brandehow but unfortuneatly left early for home as my husband was still unwell

Nice & clean other than the oven, lovely light lounge lots of windows, comfy beds, good bedding. Missed having a welcome pack, milk, tea & coffee would have been nice touch. Furniture generally good but settees soft and a bit uncomfortable. Liked the 3 seating areas in the garden, good quality furniture, good for dogs, being secure with the lockable gate. Overall we had a lovely 4 day break, only minor niggles, would stay again.

Quiet.

Quiet. Lovely view. Clean comfortable and tastefully decorated property in a really good location both for fell walking and walking into town. We hardly used the car. Settees are getting a little uncomfortable but that is the only criticism. Beds great. Owners have thought of every thing to make the holiday easy - drying room, torches, hose at back door for muddy dogs and boots. Kitchen very good. Lovely bathrooms. Really enjoyed our week there.

The cottage is extremely well equipped - just when you think I bet that's not in the cottage - yes it is. The cottage is cleaned to very high standards. A beautiful cottage bungalow set in a quiet location with stunning views of the lake and fells. Would definitely be returning next year. The new bathroom is lovely and completes the good facilities of the cottage. And to top it all it's 2 dog friendly as well!

this was our 2nd time and it felt like home.

this was our 2nd time and it felt like home. everything you could need is in the house. the only downside is the tv stations, free view and no HD, but that’s just what we are used to. Great location for town centre, the lake and Fitz park for the dogs
